Let's H.I.I.T IT!
We feature fitness kickboxing classes that provide an excellent cardiovascular workout. The goal of every class is to have some fun while learning and practicing kickboxing techniques and burning calories.
Every 45 minute class includes a warm up and 30 minutes of cardio and strength exercises meant to target the whole body. All instructors are trained to provide modifications up and down to accommodate all fitness levels. Never touched a heavy bag before? Trained Muay Thai for years? As long as you're ready to have some fun and burn some calories, we've got the workout for you!

Tamera Willis
Founder / Fitness Kickboxing Instructor
Hey Bozeman, I’m Tamera, and I'm so excited to bring my passion for fitness kickboxing to our community!
For four years back in Tennessee, I taught fitness kickboxing while working as a middle school teacher. I enjoyed training, teaching and competing in martial arts and went on to manage a local kickboxing studio. I loved seeing our members get stronger and more confident, and I worked hard to make sure everyone felt welcome and had a great time. That focus on creating a fun, supportive environment helped our studio grow and thrive.
After moving to Bozeman with my husband four years ago, we built a construction business from the ground up. Now, I’m combining my love for fitness with my business experience to launch H.I.I.T IT right here in town.
I truly believe this is one of the best workouts out there, and I can't wait to share a fun way for all of us to stay active all year long.

Zach Hockenberry
Fitness Kickboxing Instructor
Strength & Performance Coach |Stretch therapist |NASM CPT
Zachary Hockenberry brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal transformation to the H.I.I.T It Kickboxing team. A Montana native and graduate of the University of Montana, Zach has built his career helping people move better, train smarter, and live strong and pain-free.
Before joining H.I.I.T, IT, Zach worked as a stretch therapist and group strength coach at Kinetic Fitness. He completed 70-hour stretch therapist training program focused on advanced anatomy, kinesiology, and hands-on stretching techniques-giving him the tools to specialize in functional mobility, pain reduction, and injury recovery. He also worked with 60 plus clients in strength and conditioning to help improve clients strength and functional movements.
But Zach's greatest strength lies in his journey. Having personally overcome obesity, he knows exactly what it takes to push through setbacks, develop discipline, and create lasting change. His coaching is grounded in empathy, science, and experience-and he's passionate about helping others reclaim control of their health, just as he did. Zach works with clients of all fitness levels to improve flexibility, reduce pain, increase performance, and build stronger, more mobile bodies that support real life.
Outside the gym, Zach is a family-first kind of guy. As a dedicated husband and father of four, he understands the power of showing up-for yourself and the people who count on you.
